Pregnant In Week 19
Week 19:
My baby is growing rapidly. I started to feel that it is pushing upwards sometimes and I find it harder to breathe. I am still going to prenatal yoga and it helps me quite a bit to stretching out and strengthen my body. I admire those ladies whose tummy is already very big and is still going to yoga class. I will attempt to do the same until the end of my pregnancy.
