What do I do with a husband who is domineering and very loud ! and doesn't help out with the household chores nor will he pay even amounts of bills ( I pay more and he makes the same amount as I do. but I pay way more than him he pays the utilities and taxes on the cars and the insurance . He is now going to go bankrupt and is paying $ 10.00 on his credit cards and putting the rest away !!! for his lawyers because he did something really stupid and now needs a lawyer so the money that he could be helping me out with is going to a lawyer to help you know who !!!!! HIM !!! as usual and I can't save anything!!!! OOOh but he says he is saving for both of us ! the other day I took 300 from HIS savings to buy school clothes and a vaccum and he asked me what I bought and I told him but I could tell him where 120 of it in a timley manner and we had a huge fight because he told me nnot to touch the money !!!! and he refuses to pay anymore bills because he payed the bills for the first fifteen years of our marraige and that I agreed to pay the a $2600 mortgage on our home ......not!!! I agreed to help with the mortgage not pay the entire mortgage!! ) .He basically does whatever and comes and goes whenever he wants . He will come home and play cards on the computer or go out with his friends or do nothing at all ! not one chore! I do it all He refuses to or will say I do the best I can or I am not coming home from work to work again !! . I am a home child care provider I work 10 hours a day 8- 6 5 days a week he is a helper in the tile buisness 6-2 sometimes 3 mostly 5 days a week sometimes he will work a weekend too and thats more money !!! for him!! Like I said before he does NOTHING when he comes home unless driving my son to football practice is concidered a chore ! Oh and yes I tried to go on strike ....that didn't work I have flipped out a few times and THAT DIDN;T work ! I also went on line looking for help and ended up having a family meeting and that didnt work !! Everyone in the family said they were going to help out ! oh!! my husband said ok I will help ! I will clean the dining room, the library and one of the bathrooms, BUT!!!!! that he was going to fire the cleaninng people that came every 2 weeks. I said ok as long as you help.He has never touched the library , he might have cleand the dining room 3 times and he has cleaned the bathroom a few times , When he said he cleaned the bathroom ? that ment he wiped down the sink and the toilet with some kind of spray ! and that was it!!!! whenever I wiped my hand on the floor ! I showed him what I had on my hand he said.....I do the best I can. I said ya for a little boy but your an adult !!! I clean the whole house during and after work and I clean the yard ,I shovel and get rid of ice on the ground that was atleast 7 to 10 inches thick with some kind of giant ice pick thing ( because he would just walk by it! like he does if anything is on the floor or there is trash to be taken out!) So my question is how do I get my husband to do these things without a divorce!!! I am at my wits end !! I have three children 2 adults and 1 11 year old . Please respond asap !!!
