Homecomings Part 4

I ended up cutting a whole page (typed single spaced) from the beginning of this but its still pretty long. It takes place on a Sunday morning at a local war memorial. I had only just found out two days before this that Michael would be coming home so I was in shock. It was a normal sight to the untrained eye. A girl driving down the road on a rainy Wednesday. Cars waiting with me for red lights to change probably never gave me a second thought.
