Why not be friends instead of trying to make money?

I've been reluctant to post as so many are trying to make money with their blogs. Let's stop always thinking of "how can I make money off others," and become friends. We're inundated with pressure. Slow down, enjoy life and become more peaceful and caring.

Do you think exercise is the best gift you can give yourself?

So I'm almost 52, used to be a personal trainer, and lift weights 6 times/week. I have incorporated exercise into my life, just like eating. I love the way I'm the same size and stronger today than at 25. I've given birth to 3 sons, and truly believe exercise has made my body stay toned, less depressed and optimistic about my life.
