Being a woman, married, and some of us being a mom, what are the challenges that you face everyday in the office/work at home? It is often hard enough to take care of family, our kids and our husband, adding to it the challenges we face at work can easily become overwhelming. I work from home and I find my biggest challenge is prioritizing my time. If I am suppose to be working it is easy to get side tracked if there are dishes in the sink or a pile of laundry in the hamper. It can also be a challenge finding the balance between work, kids, school, and my husband.

I'm still looking for work, but I predict my biggest frustration will be if I can't be home when my kids get home from school. I am so hoping I can find an employer who will let me come in early so I can leave early. I so wish our society could understand the importance of parents being home when their kids are home. I just don't understand - if one can get their work done, and it's good work, what is the big deal with staying at the office for so many hours?? In the age of computers, what is the difference if I work on my computer at home or at the office?
