Home made soy milk! Let me know if you have tried something similar!
1) Soak around 3 cups of dried soy beans in water overnight
2) Mash the beans (after soaked overnight) in food processor
3) Pour mashed beans into a big bowl and add about 1 gallon of water. Stir the mixture for a few minutes. Re-mash the mixture in the food processor.
4) Pass the stirred mixture from Step 3 through a cheese cloth and squeeze it to get the soy milk. Do this for the entire stirred mixture.
5) Using high heat, cook the soy milk for at least 25 mins from the first boiling time. During which the soy milk can easily stick to the pot. Before boiling point, stir every 25-30 secconds with spatula. After boiling, turn to medium heat and stir regularly. Boil for 25 minutes and soy milk should be ready.
