Has anyone else seen Food Inc? Check out my post on it: http://yourworldnatural.blogspot.com/2010/04/i-love-food-inc.html
We have to know where our food is coming from and what effect it is having on our health and the environment.

Great job to everyone researching things before you use or ingest them. There is just so many fabulous and safe products out there. Has anyone seen the show, "Get Fresh With Sara Snow?" It is a real eye-opener to all we can do. Every little bit we can do makes a difference in our health and to our environment.

I saw great reviews for Seventh Generation tissues, so I bought a few boxes online and they are the hardest tissues ever! I definitely can't use them on the baby and was very disappointed in my purchase. I do like the brand for cleaners though.

Nice tips gals! How do you distinguish the products which are really environmentally friendly versus ones that claim to be? Would you read reviews of the company and understand how and what they do with the products? I just wanted to learn more before deciding on the brands...

Just talked to my coworker and we were saying that a water boiler/warmer actually consumes a lot of electricity because it has to keep water warm. A good reminder is to unplug the warmer when you don't need it. That saves a lot of electricity over time. Obviously, the same goes for lights and other electronic devices...
