I am have a rapid weight gain after being settled with a full-time job.
Since January, my thighs and hip have been grown to a stage that almost break my pants...
We have all been there and many of us are still recovering! As far as motivation, this has always been the toughest thing for me. I've found that visual goals help me the most. Do you have an outfit you are dying to get back into or a new outfit you'd love to wear to a special event? Get the outfit out or print out an online photo and post it everywhere!

I also think that the best way to stay in shape is to do exercise.. It is more a habit and I find that doing yoga helps in stengthening and toning the body. If you are tight with time, you can also consider fitting exercise into your daily routine. You can do yoga at home or you can jog during lunchtime at work. I also find that walking/biking helps. Walking/biking to an from bus station on your way to work can also be an option.
To all girls, I wonder though if there is any specific thing that we can do to shape the hip area? I think female generally have this issue. When I gain weight, the first thing that "grows" is the hip!
