Lets be honest here... holidays+winter= extra lbs! Here are some quick tips to add into your daily routine that should not only maintain your body weight but possible help you lose weight and keep you healthy!

Eat breakfast an hour within waking up
5-6 meals away
Execute portion control of meals
Eat as much raw foods as possible
Limit caffeine to one serving a day
CUT ALL SODAS OUT
8 glasses of water at least a day
take a multivitamin
No carbs after 2-3pm
Make sure your eating enough calories
Lots of lean proteins like white meat and fish
Make meals in advance...your more likely to eat healthy if its already made
Drink a glass of water before you eat a snack.. you will be less hungry and eat less
Pre mix up snacks
Eat a salad/healthy app. before a meal. Studies show people who do consume 30% less food
Keep a log of what you eat
Try to regulate a normal sleeping pattern

Thank you for the tips. I usually don't struggle with my weight but for some strange reason I've gained 13 pounds the last couple months...Yikes!

Ohhh lots of great tips!

The eating breakfast within a hour of waking is hard for me since Im shuffling kids and hubby out the door for school!

I am going to start adding these in though!

Very good tips! Thanks Toni! Lots of these are so right! It is hard to do it all but I think it is good to start building a habit out of healthy eating.
One question, what if I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day? How does coffee affect our diet?
