Did a little yoga in my hotel room this morning. I had hoped to get on the treadmill, but any moments I have had this weekend have been devoted to going through the final formatted edits of my book. Ohhhh...how I crave a routine!!! We will drive home from Fargo tomorrow, and I fear I will be too tired to do anything more than a few yoga stretches, but I have the BEST intentions for next week. Keep up your routine...you need it more than I do right now...you are exercising for two!!!

Sounds like you are travelling a lot and busy with your book these days! I hope that you can keep on getting in some exercise. As for me, I did go to the gym today again for 30 mins walk. I am now in the last month before my due date. I feel that my tummy is getting heavier and heavier. It is becoming harder to walk but I will try to keep on doing it. I am, though, adjusting my speed and incline to make things a little easier.
Will keep posting here.

Definitely KEEP MOVING as much as you can. You will feel tired, and heavy and uncomfortable, but it is so incredibly helpful to keep exercising as long as you can.
How exciting for you that you are getting that close!!
I went for a 2 1/2 mile walk the other day with my daughter and our new puppy. It was so nice to be outside for that long (because it was actually nice out). Snowing today again, though. I plan to do a treadmill walk for at least 30 minutes, and I will report back tomorrow how that goes.

Just want to report back:) I did walk around as there was sunny weather here yesterday. I also spent the time shopping for more baby clothes! I couldn't resist the temptation:) Today, I also walked around the neighborhood with my husband for almost an hour. The weather is nice and quite warm today, feels like spring:)! It feels incredible good to be able to spend time with my husband and also to breathe in some fresh air, much better than the gym!

Just to report back that I did go to the gym today and walked for about 35 mins. I decided to walk more slowly starting now but still keep the incline so that there is enough exercise. My due date is less than 1 month away! Nervous and excited:)

I am so excited for you and your growing family!!! I hope you get a relaxing walk in today...and a nap if you need it!
I did an interval walk yesterday. It is twenty minutes total walking on the treadmill with intermittant strength and stretching exercises. I hope to get another walk in today.

How are you doing? I keep thinking about you, and the soon-to-arrive baby. Are you still moving around okay?
We went for a two-mile walk today...still on snow and ice, but at least the sun was shining and it felt warm.
Thinking about you... if you get a chance to write a quick update, I would love to hear from you.

How are you doing? I haven't been in touch for a long time! My baby daughter is born on April 2011. Now it is already 2012! This year, I want to get back to my exercise routine and please keep me accountable! I have started today going to the gym in the morning before work. It feels so good! How are you guys doing with your exercise plan? Keep me posted!

I am glad you are back to exercising, and back to Network conversation. I need to start doing more of both. These days I am trying to do daily yoga and regular walks and/or jazzercise (chuckles are appropriate...but it's really fun!) I will try to check back regularly and see if we can't keep up through the whole year. (BTW keep me posted on the interior design goal :))

I know! I have been offline for too long! It is nice to hear from you again! Glad to know that you are continuing your exercise routine:) I did go to Circuit class today where we did weights and also some steps. It was fun and morning class was quite full! I hope that we can continue to keep each other accountable. I also want to make sure I do some exercise with my hubby this weekend. We most likely are going for walks with our daughter:)
BTW, what is jazzercise and what does it involve? I have heard that it is very popular but have never tried it. The gym that I go to (24 hour fitness) doesn't seem to offer such a class...
