Has the daily alternating weather affected your schedule?

These last few weeks I've been planning to do thing out doors, usually it begins with checking the forcast and planning. However, lately I've had to plan things based on how the moringing turns out. It just makes me feel like I'm rushing through things. Makes me a bit irritated. Is it just me or do others feel the same?
