Yeah, I have to admit that I cannot go by a day without facebook. I don't write or upload a lot of content these days but I do browse around to learn about my friend's updates. Especially those who live far away. I think it is a great idea to be able to connect so easily and it just opens up a new way of communication that was never imagined before. I am not using facebook too much for anything other than personal purpose but what is your strategy around creating a Facebook page for advertising? How do you let other people know that your page exists?

Thanks for reply. I created a Facebook page for branding, you can use if for personal or business branding. Yes, you can advertise your facebook page. People who become the fans/followers will get update on their facebook wall. If you have a blog, you can attach your facebook page.
